David Lemieux sent me the link. I kid you not. (No, I don't know him personally. It was in the context of emailing/conversation about a particular show. Very helpful, accessable guy.) That was maybe 07, 08. I just streamed shows for a while and read reviews and periodically scanned the forum for Brilliant Insightful Tips from the Great Wise Ones. But you can blame him if you hate my posts :-)

It's kind of interesting how many folks, myself included, were accessing the shows and all well before they became participants here in the forum. wonder why that is??

Maybe people really ARE mainly interested in the music :-)

First I just streamed, and then, since I was moving overseas where streaming would be unreliable, I got into heavy DLing mode to Be Prepared. I just registered a user name out of vague curiosity. Like, "Hmmm, maybe there's some Extra Bonus we get for registering." Like a secret site where you could DL SBDs? I don't know what I was thinking, actually. The first thing I posted was a technical question.

Then, of course, it's so educational you get sucked in. (It's all about the education, right?) Seriously, it really is educational, for me, anyway! Plus, as someone said, the original name of the forum is something like How to Avoid Doing the 400 Important Things You Have to Do Today. (No, it was better than that ...) I'm always in favor of that :-)
